Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage IT/ PLM project initiatives simultaneously.
– Ensure timely delivery and adoption of solutions across various departments and international locations.
– Drive full-cycle project management activities (Waterfall and Agile), from analysis and planning to implementation and benefit realization.
– Collaborate with global stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring smooth communication across time zones.
– Lead virtual and cross-functional teams effectively, promoting servant leadership and fostering collaboration.
– Coordinate dependencies across related projects and ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
– Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
– Facilitate change management and user adoption activities to ensure sustained project success.
– Maintain project documentation, delivery standards, and stakeholder reporting.
Requirements:
– 10+ years of proven experience in Service Industry as an IT/ PLM Project Manager for European Client.
– Knowledge of PLM tools (preferably Teamcenter) will be an added advantage.
– Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to adapt as needed.
– Expertise in stakeholder management, with a track record of building effective relationships across global teams and executive leadership.
– Experience in leading culturally diverse and geographically distributed project teams.
– Proficiency in change management and driving user adoption.
– Project Management certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or Program Management certifications like MSP are preferred.
– Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Business Administration).
